• Item(s) must be in their original condition and packaging: unused, unwashed and with all tags attached.
• Contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.
• The customer pays the refund shipping cost.
• Money back (only) through instapay/ any online wallet after the refund.

لأسباب تتعلق بالسلامة، لم يعد فتح الطرد أثناء إنتظار مندوب الشحن أمرا مسموحا به.

لكننا نريدك أن تشعر بالرضاء الكامل عن شرائك ولذلك إذا لم تكن راضيا تماما عن طلبك, فما عليك سوى إتباع هذه الخطوات لإعادة الطلب و إستردار الأموال بسهولة:

• يجب أن تكون المنتجات فى حالتها الأصلية وتغليفها: غير مستخدمة وغير مغسولة ومع جميع العلامات المرفقة بها
• تواصل معنا خلال ٢٤ ساعة من إستلام طلبك
• يتحمل العميل تكلفة الشحنة المستردة
• إسترداد الأموال (فقط) من خلال إنستاباى/ أى محفظة إلكترونية بعد إسترداد الطلب
